Service Policy

Please remember that your appointments are reserved for you & ONLY YOU. These policies allow us the opportunity to alert our standby clients of any openings, therefore allowing us to provide the best service possible. We very much appreciate your business and compliance with our policies.

Deposit

A deposit of $100 of the service amount is REQUIRED when booking an appointment. This deposit is nonrefundable and will be applied toward the service total upon completion of the service.

Cancel/Reschedule

For all appointments, we require a 3 business day cancellation notice. If rescheduling is necessary, please contact the Studio via Phone.

Late

If you are late, your appointment will not be extended in order to not interrupt the next client’s appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule.

Other

You will NEED to inform us about any medical condition or allergies that you have prior to booking.

Please do not bring children, pets, or any other guests to the appointment.

Despite being great for most people, permanent makeup is not suitable for everyone. Read carefully the following contraindications before considering a Permanent Makeup procedure. They apply to all of our permanent makeup procedures.

Ineligible Without Exception

  • Individuals under 18 years of age

  • Women who are pregnant or nursing 

  • Epilepsy

  • Individuals with Pacemaker or major heart problems

  • Individuals with viral infections and/or diseases

  • Individuals with Lupus

  • Individuals who have undergone Organ Transplant

  • Individuals with any kind of skin condition on or near the treatment area

  • Individuals who are allergic to metal and color

  • Individuals prone to keloids

  • Individuals who used Accutane
